Delivery and Payment

We deliver across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah to ensure your floral arrangements and plants arrive in perfect condition.


Delivery Schedule & Regions

  • Dubai (Same-Day Delivery): Same-day delivery is available within Dubai for all orders placed before 12:00 PM (GST). Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the following day.
  • Abu Dhabi & Sharjah (Next-Day Delivery): Deliveries to Abu Dhabi and Sharjah are executed on a next-day basis. Please place your order in advance to ensure timely preparation and transport.


Delivery Rates

  • Free Delivery (Dubai Only): We are pleased to offer Free Standard Delivery within Dubai for all orders above AED 500.
  • Dubai Delivery Fee: For orders under AED 500 within Dubai, a flat delivery fee of AED 50 applies.
  • Sharjah Delivery Fee: Delivery to Sharjah is available at a flat rate of AED 50.
  • Abu Dhabi Delivery Fee: Delivery to Abu Dhabi is available at a flat rate of AED 100.


Receiving the Order

Flowers and plants are delicate, temperature-sensitive goods. We highly recommend ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery at the designated address and time. If the recipient is unavailable, our courier will attempt to contact them or leave the order with a building concierge, security, or hotel reception, provided it is safe to do so.

Due to the high-temperature climate, items cannot be left outside unattended. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or inability to reach the recipient, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched with our dedicated courier, you will receive a notification via email or SMS with the delivery status.

PAYMENTS



We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards.


Online payments are processed in accordance with international Visa and MasterCard payment system standards, ensuring the highest level of privacy and security. We utilize modern methods for verification, encryption, and data transmission through secure, closed communication channels. Your bank card data is entered exclusively on the protected payment page of our secure payment gateway.


On the payment page, you will be required to enter your card details: card number, cardholder name, card expiration date, and the three-digit security code (CVV2 for Visa, CVC2 for MasterCard). All necessary information is specified on the card itself, with the security code located as three digits on the back of the card.


Next, you will be redirected to your issuing bank's secure page to enter a verification code, which you will receive via SMS or your banking application. If you do not receive this security code, please contact the bank that issued your card.


We also offer a fast checkout option, allowing you to securely save your card details so you do not have to re-enter them for future purchases. All transactions within the UAE are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
