AMBERMER is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
8. Returns & Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
To be accepted for return, products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags
attached and the hygiene liner intact.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
9. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or colour, please return the original item in accordance with our
Returns & Refunds Policy and place a new order.

rough surfaces, sunscreen, oils, chlorine or other external factors.
