Returns

We hope you love your AMBERMER pieces. If for any reason your purchase isn't quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition;

  • have all original tags attached;

  • include the original packaging;

  • have the hygiene liner fully intact.

Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • items with a removed or damaged hygiene liner;

  • worn, washed or altered products;

  • products purchased as Final Sale or otherwise marked as non-returnable.

How to return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ambermer.com with your order number.

Once your request has been approved, we will provide further return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, processing times may vary.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Return shipping

Unless your item is faulty or you received the wrong product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ambermer.com, including your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Gifts

If your item was purchased as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser and payment method.
